DALLA SABINA, TERRA DI OLIVI… …

…un olivo per Rachel Corrie

che inutilmente tentò col suo corpo d’impedire l’ingiusta demolizione delle case palestinesi.

Un olivo che crescendo resti accanto alla lapide come ideale compagno di lotta e simbolo di

 resistenza che né la brutalità delle ruspe, né quella dei carri armati, degli F16, delle armi chimiche

 o delle leggi ingiuste riusciranno a piegare.

A Rachel Corrie, immagine della partecipazione attiva della società civile per una pace giusta in

 Medio Oriente,

un piccolo albero destinato a vivere per molti secoli, sopravvivendo agli oppressori di oggi e

 ricordandola anche quando il diritto e la giustizia avranno trionfato sulla brutalità che la uccise a

 soli 23 anni.

Subject: URGENT CALL FOR ACTION: Jerusalem and Land Day

In light of the current situation in occupied Palestine, given the increasing dangers and instability in the city of Jerusalem, the continuing and rapid confiscation and displacement of its land, its people and its heritage (including the holy sites), the ongoing threats to everyday life and mobility imposed on West Bank towns and the murderous blockade held in Gaza (remembering the near completion of the new and sophisticated apartheid wall on the Egypt-Gaza border),

The Palestinian Youth Network is calling on Palestinian and solidarity organizations to organize global demonstrations, speaking events or any other form of activity to commemorate Land Day and protest what is happening in Jerusalem these days. We call for the international day of action to be held on, 27, 28, 29 30 of March.

In occupied Palestine, Palestinians are mobilizing to show their anger and they are facing brutal military retaliations.  As Palestinians spread across the globe, we must do the same and mobilize to show our anger and support.

The Ethnic Cleansing of Jerusalem must stop now, the demolition of Palestinian homes must stop now, the intensifying suffocation of our people must stop now, and we MUST raise our voices to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine and at the silent international community, too focused on negotiations to pay attention to the heightened injustice and suffering!

En vista de la situación actual de la Palestina ocupada, dado el creciente peligro e inestabilidad en la ciudad de Jerusalén, la continua y rápida confiscación y desplazamiento de su tierra, su gente y su herencia (incluyendo los lugares sagrados), las amenazas que llevan a cabo día a día y los problemas de movilidad impuestos en las ciudades del West Bank y el bloqueo asesino que se lleva a cabo en Gaza (recordando la casi completa construcción del nuevo y sofisticado muro del apartheid en la frontera de Gaza con Egipto),

La Red de Jóvenes Palestinos hace un llamamiento a las organizaciones palestinas y de solidaridad para organizar manifestaciones y protestas de ámbito global, seminarios, u otro tipo de actividades para conmemorar el Día de La Tierra y protestar por lo que está sucediendo en Jerusalén estos días. Hacemos un llamamiento para que este día de acción internacional se lleve a cabo los días 27, 28, 29, 30 de marzo.

En los territorios ocupados de Palestina, los palestinos están movilizándose para mostrar su enfado y por ello están siendo víctimas de brutales represalias militares. Como palestinos esparcidos por distintas partes del mundo, debemos hacer lo mismo y movilizarnos para mostrar nuestro desacuerdo y nuestro apoyo.

La limpieza étnica de Jerusalén debe parar ya, la demolición de casa palestinas debe parar ya, la asfixia de nuestro pueblo debe parar ya. Y nosotros DEBEMOS alzar nuestras voces en apoyo de nuestros hermanos y hermanas en Palestina y como respuesta al silencio de la comunidad internacional, Excesivamente centrada en negociaciones como para poner atención a  la injusticia y creciente sufrimiento del pueblo palestino.

في ضوء الوضع الراهن في فلسطين المحتلة ، و نظرا لتزايد المخاطر وعدم الاستقرار في مدينة القد! س ، الاستمرار في مصادرة أراضي و التشريد للشعب والتراث (بما في ذلك الأماكن المقدسة) ، والتهديدات اليومية في الحياة ومحدودية التنقل المفروض على مدن الضفة الغربية والحصار القاتل المفروض على غزة (لنتذكر قرب استكمال اجراءات جديدة ومتطورة لجدار الفصل العنصري على الحدود بين مصر وغزة).

تدعو شبكة الشباب الفلسطيني المنظمات الفلسطينية ومؤسسات التضامن لتنظيم مظاهرات عالمية, مهرجانات خطابية أو أي شكل آخر من النشاط لاحياء ذكرى يوم الارض واحتجاجا على ما يحدث في القدس في الأيام الاخيرة.

نحن ندعو لهذا اليوم العالمي ان يعقد ايام  27 28 29 30 من مارس 2010.

في فلسطين المحتلة ، يقوم العديد بتنسيق تحركات و تعبئة شعبية للتعبير عن غضبهم و يواجهون بوحشية جيش الاحتلال. بدورنا كفلسطينيين الشتات ، لا بد لنا أن نفعل الشيء نفسه ، والعمل للتعبير عن غضبنا ودعم اهلنا في فلسطين.

يجب أن يتوقف التطهير العرقي للقدس و هدم المنازل و الخنق لشعبنا ، ويجب علينا أن نرفع أصواتنا لدعم إخواننا وأخواتنا في فلسطين. علينا أيضا أن نوصل اصواتنا للمجتمع الدولي الصامت الذي أحال التركيز على المفاوضات لينسى ازدياد الظلم و المعاناة.
